This blog is categorized along fairly standard lines:
- There are several pages which relate to some of my interests, like books, film and music. I will let you know what I am reading, watching or listening to at any particular time and I will try to build up an online library of materials.
- Some of the categories relate to people and places, friends that have been in touch or places of interest or places we have visited. When I write a post about a friend I will try to dredge up some related anecdote or story.
- The other categories are more subject-oriented, covering topics like politics, economics and the environment where I can hold forth on various issues, letting my hobbyhorses our for a quick canter in cyberspace.
- Then there is a final catch all group covering words, where I have come across definitions I find interesting, something called Anthroposcene which is meant to cover all the great, sweeping ideas that one occasionally comes up with before breakfast. And then Odds and Sods for all the other bits and pieces.
