What is, or more accurately, who is a mondizen? You will probably have to read a few of the postings to get a better idea. Mondizen is a phrase I coined for myself when I tried to sum up my own views about the world and the values I try to put into practice. It is a portmanteau word, made from citizen and the French word for world, monde. Citizen itself has French origins, meaning city-dweller, but has now taken on a clear political sense. So mondizen means world-dweller, if taken literally. But we are all those, so this blog is intended to map out a more comprehensive meaning for the term.
I will try to do this by writing on a regular basis about anything and everything, what is going on in the world in general and in my life in particular.
